Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of most items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom furniture, direct-ship items, and final sale products are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print the return authorization slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully repackage your items in their original designer packaging and shipping box to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
