How long will it take to receive my order?
In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For furniture and larger items, our white-glove delivery service will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery window once the item reaches your local hub.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on most non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom upholstery and final sale items are non-returnable.

How should I care for my Jonathan Adler pottery?
Our high-fired stoneware and porcelain pieces are generally durable, but we recommend hand-washing with mild soap to preserve the integrity of the glazes and metallic accents.
